Jason Morrison, CHMM, SEA

Jason is a founding member of SevenGen and a leading technical resource in the environmental industry. As our head of Environmental Strategy and Initiatives, he leverages the latest science and technology trends to ensure SevenGen’s solutions align with industry and market needs.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jason has helped industrial and commercial clients across the United States navigate complex environmental risks and sustainability efforts. He has also demonstrated proven leadership as a Strategic Account Manager and trusted technical resource for SevenGen’s longstanding client partners.

Jason is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and holds additional certifications as a Licensed Asbestos Inspector, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA). He is also 40-Hour HAZWOPER certified.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys traveling with his family, hiking, kayaking, and cooking. A self-proclaimed “space nerd” and die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he can seamlessly move a conversation from black holes to the Black and Gold.

With more than 20 years of risk management experience, Andy has worked across the automotive, healthcare, metal plating, food, distribution, and industrial construction industries. He is a trusted resource for many of SevenGen’s strategic accounts and collaborates closely with the company’s technical directors to develop long-term operational strategies that enhance efficiency and add value for both team members and client partners.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family. He has a passion for the outdoors, traveling, fine arts, and watching his sons compete in sports.

Kevin Roegner | SevenGenKevin Roegner, CIH, MPH

Kevin is a founding member of SevenGen and is responsible for managing the company’s operations across the United States. As a strategic thought leader, he provides guidance across the business, inspiring teams to help clients achieve their HSE goals while ensuring the highest level of service.

Kevin began his consulting career in 2001 with ISG, Inc., and later served as Assistant Vice President of the EHS Consulting Division at Concentra EHS. He also supported EH&S programs in the petrochemical industry and worked for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), a division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where he conducted health hazard evaluations on emerging occupational health issues.

With more than 20 years of technical HSE experience and a passion for mentorship, Melissa has made a lasting impact in the industry. She founded the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) National Mentorship Program, which connects aspiring professionals with mentors in the Industrial Hygiene community.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She has a passion for travel, home improvement projects, and photography. In recent years, she has taken up gardening and nurtured a (mostly) successful garden. She is also a dedicated volunteer for several nonprofits, including Pink Ribbon Girls, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

He holds a Class B Certified Wastewater Operator license and a Class II license, bringing extensive expertise in industrial wastewater and surface water compliance. Charlie is dedicated to helping clients navigate environmental regulations and implement sustainable initiatives that protect natural resources for future generations.

Passionate about environmental stewardship, Charlie is excited to be part of a team that shares his commitment to protecting communities and promoting a clean environment. He takes pride in helping large employers and their workforce understand the benefits of environmental responsibility.

Outside of work, Charlie values time with his wife, Kaitlynn, and their son, Archer. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and walking their dog. He is also a dedicated disc golfer, playing regularly at local parks and during his travels. Amanda Calloway, MS

Amanda is SevenGen’s Territory Sales Executive, responsible for promoting SevenGen’s expert services to clients in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois. In addition to driving business growth, she contributes to SevenGen’s strong culture of positivity and goodwill within the communities the company serves.

Amanda brings a well-rounded educational and professional background to her role. She earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Purdue University. Before joining SevenGen, she worked in business development for a regional leader in occupational healthcare. Her experience in employer solutions and occupational health programs provides her with a unique perspective on the drivers of SevenGen’s preventative HSE services, including industrial hygiene and occupational safety.

Jared Campos, MS

Jared is an HSE Consultant with SevenGen. He evaluates work environments for risk, helping to mitigate unforeseen accidents and works with customers to maintain committed partnerships.

Jared spent over 14 years in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee, including seven deployments and assignment in several host nation countries. During his military career, he held various roles, including welder, lead estimator, project supervisor, and safety supervisor, where he gained valuable experience in building schools, medical clinics, and storage warehouses. Jared is pursuing his master’s degree in organizational leadership at the University of Saint Francis to complement his bachelor’s in organizational management from the University of La Verne.

At SevenGen, Jared utilizes his unique skills and experiences to deliver site-specific solutions that ensure the safety and well-being of customers’ employees. In his free time, he enjoys biking—whether on or off-road—and spending quality time with his family. An avid outdoorsman and travel enthusiast, Jared has visited three continents, four oceans, 14 countries, and 46 out of the 50 states.

Bill Combs | SevenGenBill Combs

Bill is a Senior HSE Consultant at SevenGen, bringing extensive experience from a diverse range of industries, including defense contracting, automotive parts manufacturing, and orthopedics. He provides staff augmentation solutions through on-site consulting services, conducting industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental field studies across multiple sectors, further supporting SevenGen’s mission.

Bill earned his bachelor's degree in environmental science with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Saint Francis. As a student, he interned in the EHS Department at ITT Aerospace in Fort Wayne, and was hired after graduation to oversee EHS operations at ITT’s Total Army Communications (TAC) Lab in Fort Wayne.

In 2000, Bill transitioned to environmental consulting, joining SevenGen (then Industrial Solutions Group), where he worked as a contractor for several clients. He has led projects in industrial hygiene, environmental consulting, and safety across many industries.

Clay Dimmit, MS, CSP

Clay is an HSE Consultant with SevenGen’s Safety Team. He served for six years as a Combat Medic with the United States Army, including one deployment as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military experience transitioned into a career as a Safety Coordinator within a regional hospital network, where he focused on the health, safety, and well-being of co-workers, contractors, and communities.

As an HSE Consultant, Clay leverages his diverse background to provide high-level technical safety support to SevenGen’s clients with a compassionate and trustworthy approach. He is dedicated to continuous professional development, having earned multiple certifications and a Master of Business Administration. Clay’s commitment to safety and people’s well-being aligns with SevenGen’s mission to protect people, the environment, and the communities we serve.

Outside of work, Clay and his family enjoy the outdoors—whether it’s exploring the mountains, canoeing in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, camping locally, or relaxing at the lake. Miranda Geoghegan Headshot

Miranda Geoghegan, MPH, CSP, CIH

Miranda is an HSE Consultant at SevenGen, with 10 years of experience in manufacturing and university environmental, health, and safety. She serves clients across Ohio and beyond, working with the SevenGen team to deliver tailored solutions that protect people and the environment.

Miranda earned her Master of Public Health in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before joining SevenGen, she managed a complex program for chemical manufacturing as an EHS Manager. She is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and a licensed Wastewater Operator with a Wastewater Class 3 certification from the Ohio EPA. Miranda takes pride in her boots-on-the-ground approach, actively engaging with employee workgroups to promote a strong safety culture. At SevenGen, she continues to pursue her passion for industrial hygiene and aims to obtain her CIH certification.

In her free time, Miranda enjoys hiking and backpacking with her husband and dog, volunteering with a local animal rescue, and training in Olympic weightlifting.

Scott’s career has included more than a decade as a safety professional in manufacturing facilities, including program development and implementation, training, permit-to-work, and emergency response. He started out as a production employee, which gives him a unique perspective on how safety can impact front-line workers. He also has a passion for training, including first aid and CPR.

Kaitelyn Vachon, CHMM

Kaitelyn is a member of SevenGen’s Environmental Department, where she applies her expertise across a wide range of environmental services. Her role spans fieldwork—including sample collection for asbestos, stormwater, and wastewater—as well as the development of key regulatory documents such as permit applications, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans. She takes great pride in equipping clients with the tools they need to achieve environmental compliance and success.

Kaitelyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Francis. Her career began in hazardous waste management and environmental laboratory analysis, then she obtained certifications as an Indiana State Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, Asbestos Inspector, and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). Her diverse background allows her to navigate complex environmental challenges effectively.

Outside of work, Kaitelyn enjoys exploring state and national parks, where she pursues her passion for protected lands and ornithology—a love fostered during her time at USF. If you spot her on the trails, be sure to say hello!

Her experience includes work at the Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, as well as in industrial hygiene as an EHS specialist in the inorganic pigment manufacturing industry. Her scientific knowledge and analytical skills enable her to assess risks, clearly communicate findings, and recommend effective control strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

Caitlin is passionate about expanding her industry knowledge, staying current with the latest EHS trends, and pursuing relevant certifications to enhance the quality of her work. Most recently, she earned the Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential--the global standard for certification in protecting the health and safety of workers and the public. As a trusted advisor to many of SevenGen’s strategic partners, she is committed to delivering high-quality, customized solutions that promote safer workplaces.

Ben earned his PhD in Chemistry from Bryn Mawr College and an MSPH in Environmental and Occupational Hygiene from Johns Hopkins University, and he also holds the prestigious Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential. His diverse experience in chemical research, industrial hygiene, and safety allows him to approach complex workplace challenges with a comprehensive and analytical perspective. Known for his enthusiasm and customer-focused approach, Ben values the opportunity to help clients create safer work environments.
