As a founding member of SevenGen, Andy Pyle oversees the operational functions of the business. Andy’s primary responsibilities include strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day operations of SevenGen. He plays a valuable role in maintaining structure, developing policy and operational processes that help ensure the company’s overall goals, objectives, and mission are carried out through daily operations and customer interactions. His unique perspective and high expectations set the way for SevenGen’s continued success.
Andy brings more than 20 years of risk management experience in the automotive, healthcare, metal plating, food, distribution, and industrial construction industries, and is a trusted resource for many of our strategic accounts. Andy works closely with SevenGen’s technical directors to develop long-term operational strategies that create efficiencies and bring value to our team members and client partners.
Outside the office, Andy enjoys sharing time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys all things outdoors: traveling, fine arts, and watching his two sons compete in their athletic pursuits.
